About me

Danielle is an ICF-certified leadership coach with a background in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, conflict resolution, DEI, civil rights law, and non-profit governance. She partners with individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential by guiding them to explore their authentic selves, overcome challenges, and achieve transformative personal and professional growth. With a Master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, as well as practical experience, Danielle brings a holistic and results-driven approach to fostering meaningful change.
