Background

As an ICF-certified leadership coach, I specialize in partnering with individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. My coaching approach is designed to help clients explore their authentic selves, navigate challenges, and achieve their vision for personal and professional growth.

My diverse background spans organizational effectiveness, leadership development, mediation and conflict resolution, restorative justice, DEI, civil rights law, and non-profit board governance. This eclectic mix of experiences allows me to offer a holistic perspective that address complex issues and drive meaningful change.

Foundation

I hold a Master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, where I also completed the Organizational and Leadership Coaching Certificate. Combined with my law degree, this academic foundation plus 30 years of professional experience, equips me with the frameworks and insights needed to facilitate impactful coaching relationships and foster transformative outcomes.

As an amateur artist, during the pandemic I fell in love with creating watercolors and collages. In addition to it being immensely meditative and relaxing, it also aids my appreciation and understanding of growth and change. Watercolor, like life, is inherently unpredictable. Sometimes effort leads to success; other times it leads to cutting up the paper and putting the results in a box.

By building on what I have done before and collaborating with and learning from others, I have come to appreciate my efforts. I have learned that I can paste what I once cut up and create a new and better painting. This site posts some of my art, each in progress in its own way, as a reminder that we all are in progress as people.
